Terms of Agreement

The advertiser agrees to release and "hold harmless" the Chattanooga Attorney Directory and/or Lee Lusk from any and all claims arising from the ads which are purchased and printed in said directory.  This disclaimer shall be In full force and effect upon the advertisers approval of the ad and shall remain in effect prior to and after Chattanooga Attorney Directory has been printed.
